The building, eponymously named after the hugely influential sixties fashion designer, was a 1960s four-storey former office block, that we have helped transform into modern homes which complement the townscape and community spirit of the borough of Walthamstow

Sindsley Manor is a grade 2 listed building situated on the private development of Toad Pond Close in Worsley. Notion Developments was the builder/developer on this scheme and we constructed six luxury apartments and five executive detached houses in the manor house grounds.
Millom Police Station and Magistrate’s Court was comprised of a large open plan Magistrate Court Room with anti-rooms, a cell block, a police headquarters unit with a residential officer’s flat, and a central open court yard area and built around 1894. The building had been neglected and there was considerable structural damage that we had to address before successfully converting the building into five apartments.

The original Monton Sports Club was built over 100 years ago and over the years, various parts of the club have been extended, renovated and rebuilt. Most recently a revamp was made possible by donations and fundraising by members, along with grant from the Viridor Credits Environmental Company and a bank loan. The challenge for us was to ensure the existing club house was kept fully up and running while we built the new one and new changing facilities.
OTL building supplies in Chorley wanted to make full use of the space they had available at their spacious storage facility and approached us to develop a new head office and showroom facility inside their existing facility. We did this by using timber frame to create state of the art facilities so that the company could meet all their business needs within one large space.
